Phil is very knowledgeable about how the application works in conjunction with other services and the background operations of the eDoc software. He has also been very prompt in reproducing any errors found (very few) and providing a fix in a very short time frame (usually 1-2 hours with one occasion less than 24 hours).

I don't know what we would do without eDoc Organizer, it has saved us multiple times and our practice depends on it. We just love it!
I have no reservations in relaying our experience with using eDoc and honestly it is by far the best product I tested when searching for a replacement of our previous document management system. The test system was running with a 0.05% error rate due to the fact in testing we were importing 50,000+ test documents at a time and so far zero errors in production. The transition has been the least troublesome transition I have ever completed. The conversion of our production server from business edition to enterprise only took a few hours and 90% of that time was taken up by the export and import of the old database to the new database.
Incidentally eDoc has been a wonderful solution for our document storage needs and we continue to find interesting new ways to use it. You are to be congratulated on a fantastic piece of software! We migrated to eDoc from Neat and have been very happy with our decision.
